On  August 31, 2020, The FCC announced a proposed Application Fee Change under FCC 20-116.  The proposal will undergo a comment and reply comment after the matter is released in the Federal Register.  No effective dates to report; however, the fees are projected to be by the overseeing bureau and not specific radio services as practiced in the past.
