SERVICES OFFERED BY FCC/FAA LICENSING:

We offer a full range of radio licensing services to include filings with the Federal Aviation Administration for proposed towers, alterations and dismantlement.

We primarily focus on FCC applications for Land Mobile (Part 90), Marine (Part 80), Aviation (Part 87), Microwave (Part 101), with limited focus on Experimental (Part 15), Satellite (Part 25) and Equipment Authorization/FCC ID (Part 2).

Applications vary from seeking new, modification, amendments, renewals, notifications of construction to cancellation.  We also assist clients with Applications for Assignments of Authorization and Transfers of Control depending on the nature of the transaction when an entity is seeking to sell or buy assets.  This includes the due diligence process researching if an entity may hold any FCC authorizations requiring the agency’s prior consent to avoid potential enforcement action.

Other services include applications for Special Temporary Authority, Requests for Rule Waivers, Supplemental Notices and Justifications.  In having to respond to an Auto-Termination notice from the FCC for failing to timely submit a Notice of Construction, we have also prepared and submitted Petitions for Reconsideration.

FCC-FAA Licensing also provides in-house radio licensing and FCC regulatory compliance training tailored to meet the needs of each individual client.

BACKGROUND ON FCC/FAA LICENSING ASSISTANCE FEES:

Our standard hourly rate for radio licensing services varies between $300 to $350 per hour.  Invoices are issued monthly for time involved on a project or per project depending on the project.  We do not advance any out of pocket expenses to include FCC filing fees, Frequency Coordination or Engineering Fees, Local Public Notices nor any miscellaneous fees to include postage.  For planned renewals or modification applications not requiring engineering/coordination services, a separate invoice may be provided to accommodate advance payment.  

EXPEDITE FEE:

For projects where applicants/licensees require expedited service, absent emergency projects, their is a standard expedite fee.  

FCC-FAA Licensing is set up to accept payments for professional services from clients who use ACH, Check, Master Card, Visa or American Express.
